Once you’ve eaten your way through the seemingly endless number of Michelin-starred and Bib Gourmand recommended restaurants in
Copenhagen, it is time to hit the road with newcomer Lena Andersson and crew.
After eight years employed in the private sector at home and abroad, Lena, a keen runner and a passionate Copenhagener, exchanged her suit, blackberry and laptop for a pair of running shoes and the streets of Copenhagen. The entrepreneur behind the recently launched concept “
Running-Copenhagen”, offers guided running tours of the city in small groups designed to suit particular schedules and interests.

Hence, the “
Running Copenhagen Business Tour” is an early morning run, designed for people visiting Copenhagen on business. It is a one hour tour (7,5 km) that shows the participants the main sights of Copenhagen whilst also giving them an overall introduction to the Danish business sector, economy and politics.
The pace of a running tour can be adjusted according to the running abilities of the participants, but as a minimum one would have to be able to comfortably run the 7,5 km route in 1 hour including breaks (running pace: 5.15min/km).
