Here are the official green logos used in Denmark.

The Swan logo has been the official Nordic Eco-label ever since the Nordic Council of Ministers introduced it in 1989. Products marked with this label indicate that they are among the least polluting products in the various categories. There is a long list of terms and conditions for specific product categories. |

The Flower has been the symbol of the European Eco-label since 1992, and it is a voluntary scheme designed to encourage businesses to market products and services that are environmentally friendly.

The Green Key is an international eco-label for tourism products. Businesses awarded the Green Key fulfil technical criteria, management criteria and criteria on communication. Out of the nine countries that have implemented the green key award, Denmark is the top-scorer in the Hotel category awarding 31 hotels with the green key. |

The “Ø-mærke” is a Danish eco-label used to mark food that is organic. From its very introduction, it has been of great importance to the credibility of the inspection of organic foods in Denmark. The red Ø logo shows that the latest preparation of the product has taken place in a Danish company inspected by the public authorities. |

The Blue Flag is an eco-label awarded to over 3300 beaches and marinas in 36 countries worldwide. The Blue Flag Programme is owned and run by the independent non-profit organisation Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), and includes environmental education and information for the public, decision makers and tourism operators. |

UNEP (division of Technology, Industry and Economics) is a very important partner to FEE in informing the public about eco-tourism with the Blue Flag as an example and extending the principles of the program to non-European regions.

ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of 157 countries, with a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland, that coordinates the system. ISO has developed over 16500 International Standards on a variety of subjects. |

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international organization which promotes responsible stewardship of the world’s forests. The mission is to promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world's forests. FSC is supported by WWF, Greenpeace and Nepenthes. |
