The Bella Center is currently working on a green strategy. They are for example separating waste at source and using environmentally friendly cleaning and washing products. Food is prepared for the exact number of participants to avoid waste and beverages are served in bulk where feasible. Scandic is another good example. They provide a full package in their interpretation of sustainable meetings. Their program includes using eco-labelled products whenever possible, separating waste, and serving food on china and tap water in bulks instead of bottled water.
